~Les: i called the number, pressed * and it said it was not a valid option. it asked me for my model *. I said ****CDN, it repeated back, ****!! I said representative and was on hold for about ** minutes. after than service was fine. problem solved

~Les: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
