~Unhappy: The Burger King at ***** York Road, Cockeysville Maryland is the worst Burger King ever. On Sunday, *******, I went to a seat and she waited, along with other customers, for our order. She waited & waited & waited & waited. After a few minutes, I looked at my watch. After an additional ** minutes, making probably ** minutes total, I asked the lady who was cleaning the tables what was going on. She relied that she was out front and that the problem was in the back. At that point, I came up and demanded our money back. We lost the coupon, but of course that won't matter. There are too just many good fast food restaurants around. We don't have to put up with such lack of customer service and total incompetence. We left. At least one other customer also asked for the money back. My wife summed it up best: "these bums won't ever see a penny of my money." Me too.
