~JBau: I was sent the wrong jacket* and when I talked to the woman on the phone she was basically telling me I was an idiot for telling her that the jacket was wrongly advertised (the marketing team put the wrong jacket on the description).Only until she actually looked at it and realized that I Was right did she actually start cooperating. Hopefully she's motivated enough to help me, because now I have to wait for her to respond back to me.
