~Mister Ron: Worked well. Watch out though. After hitting the pound key over and over, a voice tells you it is connecting you to a representative. Just don't press anything but the pound key after that, or you won't get a human.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CIGNA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CIGNA problem?
~Mister Ron: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mister Ron: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CIGNA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mister Ron: For that I would say two out of five.
