~angel 27: I was simply moving to another house so I just wanted to transfer services. I was even told when the light shut off would be and when it would be on at the new address. after a few weeks my light gets shut off!!!! so I call and ask why. It turned out that the idiot terminated my services and were sending me a bill of ***.** with a ***. early termination fee. I was furious had no light for the rest of that day and most of the second day as well and its summer can u imagine how hot is outside! because of the careless mistake of the first person I had to enroll again as a new customer and couldn't even keep my original price per kilowatt my price went up because they didn't have that price any more. I had just bought groceries the day before they shut off my light all my food was spoiled!!! I am very unhappy with these rude idiotic and very unprofessional services cpl is providing
