GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-blabbum: Sent an e-mail to them last night at * because they were already closed. Sent a follow up e-mail at * today. Tried and tried and tried to get a supervisor on the phone, finally got one, who did not answer my questions AT. ALL. Had plenty of apologies but no answers, no help in the slightest, and no solutions. SO DISAPPOINTING. At the end of the call, the supervisor suggested to me that I can always "try going online and submitting an e-mail to feedback!" ...Seriously I had already told her I already tried sending TWO e-mails and never even got an answer. Talk about active listening. I wish there was someone else I could get my energy from....
