~BigMac: From the minute I hung up with the salesperson from Credo I have had nothing but problems. They wouldn't honor the deal that the Salesperson had given me. I didn't receive the confirmation email about the charges and them not honoring the deal I was quoted until after i received the Phones and spent ** minutes on the phone with their Tech guy activating my *m phones. I only made * phones calls and then turned off the phones and put them back in the box to return them. I was then billed $** for phone usage. There sales person mislead me about everything. I am being charged for DATA usage that we didn't use because the phones were turned off and back in the box being returnes with the the proper Return Authorization. Their personnel is poorly trained and I have had problem after problem dealing with this situation. Thank God I am not locked into a * year contract with them. BUYER BEWARE WITH CREDO MOBILE.

~BigMac: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BigMac: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CREDO Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BigMac: For that I would say two out of five.

~BigMac: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CREDO Mobile to know who you are.
