GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CREDO Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Marcos : On the crest of the liberal wave sweeping the country, we dropped AT&T and switched to Credo that told us they would pick up the early termination fee up to $***.**. After many letters and copies of the AT&T bill with a $*** termination fee, Credo finally told us that they did not have enough evidence to cover our AT&T early termination fee. Credo gave us a terrible service. For example, we could get connection in our bedroom but not in our living room, ** feet away* and it kept dropping calls. When I called them about this problem their answer was that they did not provide a service but the connection is provided by somebody else. We received enormous bills "because of overuse of the service." Finally I said enough is enough: bad service, deceptive practices and large bills were enough to convince us to stop Credo services. This past April **** we walked into an AT&T outlet and signed for their service once more. We called Credo and told them that we would not continue with them and w

~Marcos : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Marcos : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CREDO Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marcos : For that I would say one out of five.
