BTW, IF YOU PRESS * AFTER CONNECTING PER INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS SITE, YOU GET THE SPANISH MENU. MY CREDIT IS IN JEOPARDY BECAUSE OF ANOTHER MISTAKE THEY MADE AND I CAN'T GET TO ANYONE TO HAVE THEIR ERROR CORRECTED! THIS IS BEYOND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!
