~gkwolfman: Here is a legal one for the books. I need a lawyer, can one pro-bono help me? Made a Jan **** electronic mortgage payment to Caliber home loans, and they put it all towards principal?(they say), and then call me for non-payment for Jan ****. I tell them I made the Jan Payment and I have the confirmation number. Well, they said they would fix it, after * conversations with * different people (I have their id numbers). Now they are charging me late fees and still saying I never made the Jan **** installment payment. Another deal is, for two years, their data system will not recognize my phone number with my account, and they still can't escrow analyze correct my escrow amount with my monthly installment payments. So, with my almost "***" credit score rating, I hope this incident is not going to be affecting that with the late fee they are charging me for a payment I made that they wont recognize.*I need legal help, because Caliber wont help me.
