~Suzannediego: 'Beverly' was not only rude but answered the call with a major attitude. When I shared my issue she gave me a false solution. When I pushed back, she put me on hold and came back with another false solution. This happen * times in ** minutes. At the end of the call I said I appreciate her (she was awful & rude the entire time) and that I apologized if this was annoying and she said "No you're not! You just keep asking the same questions and you need to go away" and then she hung up. The final "answer" to my problem was that the Director of DMV just arbitrarily makes up the law and to take it up with her.... ok?
