He said he can not help me at all and have to keep calling the number. I asked for a fax number and he said he can not help with that either. I asked for an e-mail and he said he can not help. He said I was wasting his time. I just have to keep calling the *** *** **** number. I have tried * times today. VERY POOR SERVICE. DOES IT MATTER- NO- NOT TO CALIFORNIA DMV.
