GetHuman-saminba: A warning to those who ship from outside Canada, they have now disabled their inland tracking service. They used to have one of the best tracking systems imaginable, even giving details on how many times there had been failed deliveries, there is now no way to track parcels after having left the senders country, Canada Post also make it impossible to contact them, if you do manage to get through you have a recorded message & you are advised to open a claim with your Post Office. Shocking service from what used to be one of the most comprehensively run International Post Offices.

GetHuman: And what about Canada Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-saminba: For that I would say one out of five.
