GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/07/17?
GetHuman-hookshot: I received a canon printer without any ink cartridges, it said on the box ink cartridges included, one black and one color, why didn't I get the ink cartridges

GetHuman-hookshot: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
