~Sareal5: I have been waiting for someone to call me back since the week before Christmas ****- it is Jan. *th today & I have called the number listed above every day of the week since & left several messages as well as emailed several times- not reaching a live person or getting any response! This number does not work as you wait ** minutes on hold only to be told by a recording they have a high volume of calls- leave a message or call back! I think I need to contact BBB & a lawyer now.
