~shinypinkbunny90: I ordered print from this company only to find out the resolution wasn't high enough & I would have to resubmit my photo in a higher resolution. My photo only came in the resolution I submitted, so I requested for them to cancel my order & refund my money. I tried contacting Canvas People multiple times over email for two weeks through my personal account and their website. I tried dialing this number posted during their operating hours only to be greeted each time by a robot woman, then elevator music and then the call would disconnect. Finally, I was fed up. I had paid via PayPal and filed a claim against Canvas People asking PayPal to look into the claim and help me get my refund. Within THREE HOURS of filing my claim, PayPal had refunded my money. Three minutes after PayPal emailed me to let me know they took care of it, Canvas People emailed me to apologize and give me my refund. What a joke of a company. What a joke.
