~George: To the banking industry in general.*it is not in the interest to anyone to charge a higher interest rate to people who are already struggling. If they are struggling as it is this would only compound*the situation. I would suggest to have a set interest rate for everyone there by making it easier to get paid back in a timely manner. *% across the board and then rewards for prompt payments by reducing*the months that are due for pay off. Obviously there are risk and most loans should be secured . Personal loans should be the only loans based on a credit score but no higher than one would pay with a credit card around *%. With no penalties if paid on time and extending and increasing upon pay off,

~George: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
