GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/07/17?
GetHuman122490: Hi. Capital One has provided me the worst customer service I can imagine! I have been trying to reach capital one customer service since the past two days. I have waited on the phone for more than * hours in total expecting someone to pick up and I get to talk to a human. The one person I spoke to put me on hold and never answered back. The new online system does not allow me to enroll* login into my account. I have pending transactions and payments I would like to review and I have no idea how to access my own account. Can you ask someone to please reach out to me ASAP? My email address is ShashankU*****@***.com
