GetHuman-gteam11: Terrible treatment by Capital One concerning a Hold placed on my card when full balance was paid and not posted properly!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-gteam11: I spent an hour and a half trying to get hold released and my payment posted correctly!!!*In the hour and a half I spoke to * agents, three different supervisors, and one Senior Supervisor and was "dropped" by the phone system three times! Once while a supervisor had me on a three way call with my bank to verify that my payment had been posted to my account as paid. One supervisor left to go home before trying to solve my problem!*The Senior Supervisor took my phone number an assured ma a return phone call when problem was resolved, still waiting for her call three days later. Left messages for Senior Super, Katie-***-***-****!! My account is still declined on Jan. *nd, three days later!!
