GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-andersc: I thought I lost my credit card about * months ago. The last * digits were ****, then it was changed to ****, but I never received a replacement card. I called * times and was told it would be shipped overnight. But as of yet never received it. I think that there a bunch of low lifes working for Capitalone. I am not calling again. Intend to pay off my account and close it. It is also virtually impossible to talk to someone, who speaks English good enough. Maybe that is the only kind of people they can get to work for them. GetHuman-andersc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
