~anonymous: Cardpool has *) sold me stolen gift cards and *) processed my credit card as a "cash" transaction so I got hit with fees. Getting each issue resolved was a NIGHTMARE of emails that went on for days. No one to talk to about this and horrible horrible response when they decided to show up for work on a given day
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CardPool. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CardPool problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CardPool's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CardPool customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CardPool to know who you are.
