GetHuman-9644: You have never sent the gift card that we ordered two weeks ago but immediately charged our credit card! I've written to you twice and have also complained to Giftcardgranny. I'm about to call our Bank*VISA and have them reverse the transaction. Your one-time automated response to us, via impersonal e-mail stating that "you'll get back to us within ** hours" never happened. RESPOND NOW. ***-***-**** Deanna D.
