~david: Do not use these people for anything. they are completely horrible. i paid off my credit card with them and they still took out the automatic payment. when i called they said they couldnt deposit the money back in my account, that i would have to wait for a check in the mail. also they wont cancell the automatic payment. you have to create an account online and cancell it or you have to wait for a form in the mail, fill it out, and send it back to get it cancelled. also you need you account number to cancell it. i am in afghanistan and have no access to that but they wont give it to you over the phone. but dont get irratated because they wont hesitate to hang up on you, if you get an answer at all.

~david: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~david: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~david: For that I would say four out of five.

~david: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care Credit to know who you are.
