GetHuman-76811: Took a while for the rep to understand the concept of "I froze my credit" . Had to go back and forth with his supervisor who would not speak directly with me. At the end I got the info and service I needed to complete the transaction (I hope)

GetHuman-76811: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-76811: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-76811: For that I would say three out of five.
