GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Care.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-347461: I agree with the other complaints, your left on hold for over **, they do not get back to you, I've waited over four years to get an answer as why this service feels I don't meet there standards. They have held me back from many jobs, never given me a answer as why they blocked me from Care.com. Although, I'm upset I don't feel this service should go out of business, but one thing for sure Care.com is not all that, like they think they are. I never ever was in trouble with the law, never did drugs but this service will not accept my application and will not tell me why, like I said it's been * years now, and not one service person has tried to reach me and tell me what the problem is, this could be a mistake and I have no way of explaining because this service will not speak to me, they blocked me from the site, what would you do... Care.com, really you care.
