GetHuman-164847: Same story as some others... I signed up for ONE month and they continued charging me for an additional * months until I discovered multiple charges on my credit card. The super super fine print says we'll be charged, but the premise of a one month, one time charge should be just that! Very disappointed. *I used the info on this site to get to a customer service rep, who promptly answered and was quite courteous. She said she would downgrade my account and refund the last charge. I said I wanted ALL of the charges refunded since they can see from the activity on the account that I only used their service for a month. It will take * - ** days to process and they will respond by email. We'll see how it goes.
