~Tammy Lynn: Couldn't get a firm price for an RX. Got a range from $* to $** per bottle depending on how they "ran it". Cust. srevice rep. couldn't explain it. Had to get pharmacist on the line. They tried again to explain it. Prices on the web and from customer service were different than what my local CVS said it would cost. What a joke with this company. This is the third time I've had issues with them. Wish my insurance would use someone other than Caremark.

~Tammy Lynn: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tammy Lynn: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tammy Lynn: For that I would say two out of five.

~Tammy Lynn: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
