GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Caremark customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sparkyboy5: Terrible service. Different people give me different answers to the same quations. They change prescriptions without notifying you. Then once you receive it in the mail they won't take it back. They called my doctor and convinced him to change the quantity of the prescription and then I runout before the ** days even thought I paid for a ** day prescription. They also prepared a prescription wrong. The doctor wrote the prescription so it would not be mixed. Three seperate times they mixed it. When I sent the prescription in the last time I put a big sticky on the form saying "DO NOT MIX PER DOCTORS ORDERS". They mixed it. I've had * different doctors call in * different prescriptions to Caremark and each time Caremark claims they never got the call. The doctors even call me to confirm they made the call right after the call Carmark. Terrible.

~Sparkyboy5: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sparkyboy5: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sparkyboy5: For that I would say five out of five.

~Sparkyboy5: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
