~annoyes: The pharmacy is divided into a regular pharmacy and a specialty pharmacy. Trying to get things form the specialty pharmacy is impossible. It is only open during business hours so if you work a regular job you can never reach the pharmacy. Although the regular pharmacy is open later hours, the regular pharmacy does not have access to your specialty file. Super frustrating if all you need to know something basic like if a prescription needs to be refilled. The lack of coordination *access to files mean I have to take off from work to call the pharmacy. It would make life a lot easier to use the pharmacy in my neighborhood but the price triples if I don't use the mails service. I am definitely switching during the next open season.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Caremark problem?
~annoyes: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~annoyes: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~annoyes: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Caremark customers?
~annoyes: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
