~Sue: These people find new ways to ***** up my re-fill, even though I only have one prescription with them. Three years ago, they added a '*' in front of my pill quantity & kept sending me bottles of pills & charging my credit card. I had to take my credit card info. away from them. They sent me so much medication, it EXPIRED before I could use it! They have mindless people filling prescriptions & never questioning ANYTHING, never contacting you w* any questions, providing NO customer service WHAT-SO-EVER. My Dr. called them ** mo. ago & corrected an Rx that he wrote for ** days, instead of ** & they never corrected in their system. When I just re-ordered it last week, they again only sent me a ** day supply & refused to send me the remaining ***'s without charging me again. This has happened more than once. Their techs are not supervised by a pharmacist & if this happened at Walgreens, the pharmacist would have his*her license revoked. Every mistake is always YOUR fault. I finally ha

~Sue: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sue: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sue: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Caremark customers?
~Sue: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
