GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Caremark customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~cruiser: This company is, with out a doubt, one of the very worst customer service departments I have ever had to deal with! They have LOST my and my wife's prescriptions at least four times. They have no way of tracking because they send drugs by bulk mail (cheapest). They have decided to no longer send an invoice for co-payment with prescriptions , but now demand payment up front before they will send out anything. I payed up front with electronic check and they received it, but their processing or accounting dept. takes forever or not able to find it at all. My company had MEDCO as our provider previously and I can say that their service, while not great, was absoulutely stellar compared with Caremark. Caremark needs to COMPLETLY review their practices and make changes to make many customer policies much better.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Caremark problem?
~cruiser: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cruiser: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cruiser: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Caremark customers?
~cruiser: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
