~older customer: Very Horriable. Representive argued with me told me I was wrong & could not help me or prove that I was not correct. If I had a opion I would not use the company. Whatever happen to being polite & the customer is usually correct. If I am wrong sent me a copy of the paper work so I can correct it.*

~older customer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~older customer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~older customer: For that I would say three out of five.
