GetHuman-107656: I would like to talk to someone about cancelling my vacation package. ***-***-****. since the person on the phone told me that I couldn't cancel this since it was pass the deadline. I have never recieved the e-mail with confirmation number and the package out line. I asked for it to be sent to me again and I was told that they couldn't. How can I log in when I don't even know the address. Please call me at ***-***-****. Yes I was rude to the person that I spoke to. I want to get the refund of what I paid.
