GetHuman-115572: Have never complained about a movie theater before...but this was exceptionally, almost impressively pathetic customer service from the manager at Thoroughbred ** in Franklin, TN...went to see Les Miserables...projector broke within first ** seconds...manager basically said "get a refund or go see later movie"...no apology, etc...that was the beginning...we came back next day to get a refund because the line was sooo long...same manager..."that was only last night"..."you carved out * hours for a movie why couldn't we wait in line"...ridiculous
