GetHuman-slh_chiw: Theatre will not print out free ticket when I reach my points.This has been going on for years. I have * carmike cards now and I am due numerous tickets. When I go online to look up my points or redeem tickets, I can't get in. I am always told my name*password is incorrect even though I know it is correct. When I call them I cannot talk to a live person.
