GetHuman-402301: F this company, * chat & *rd call for a credit of * bucks due to a repair that left me no phone for * days.*their ***** up* It shouldn't come as a surprise they leave you hold so you give up. You know what would be nice? A phone or ISP company that actually gave a **** about their customers. The only upside was the final call, I spoke with * different females that spoke perfectly understandable english. I had the 'offshore' attitude on the first call. Cable still isn't buried from the last visit.
