~mad: I have been trying to get a refund. Everytime I call I get hung up on, transferred from person with no results as of today. I think it is horrible. If i owed them money there would be no problems finding my account. CL stinks. still no refund.

~mad: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mad: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CenturyLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mad: For that I would say three out of five.

~mad: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CenturyLink to know who you are.
