GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CenturyLink customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-47579: I was transfered to Brad in billing dept. I explained how I've paid the last * months and had no dial tone for my fax *. I asked for reimbursement and Brad either hung up or just didn't respond...no call back either. I guess I'll just wait until I have another hour to waste during my busy work day! It's land line phone service, it's been around since Moby **** was a minnow...you'd think they'd have it figured out!!!

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CenturyLink customers?
