~Very unhappy: Yeah. It was middle of the night, on November 17th.

~Very unhappy: Worst costumer service I have ever tried to deal with they put you on hold hoping you will hang up and when you don't they just disconnect you so you have to start the dam process all over. I will be canceling my phone and using my cell phone
