GetHuman-224796: Worst service ever. I was on hold for a total of * hours and ** minutes. Someone would answer, say I didn't to speak to a different department, "transfer" me but I'd just end up back in the same queue. I want to bill them for hours lost at this point. I'm up to ** wasted hours. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THEM.

GetHuman-224796: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-224796: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CenturyLink's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-224796: For that I would say four out of five.
