GetHuman-342934: my service was suspended (my fault). paid my bill in full. ** hours later, still no phone. after waiting forever, I was either transferred, disconnected, given wrong telephone number to call if I got disconnected, or could not understand what the representative was saying (heavy accent). really really frustrated
