GetHuman-323450: yesterday I ordered something on a gift card, and you charged a credit card instead... today I sat on hold in your automated system for ** damned minutes, then the system disconnected me when I was next in the queue... ** minutes for ** spots in the call queue, I called back immedately only to hear "you are caller number **"... No wonder they're going bankrupt if this is par for the course.
