GetHuman-204628: ** Idid not get a life time part for free it cost me *.** for shipping and handling when this item could be in the store or sent tothe store via other char*broil merchandise It was aggrevating how I had to go about receiving the product, either had to have a fax or print a copy and send it via my computer. very dissapointed!!!!!!!
