GetHuman-70833: I called initially to register the new product over the phone. The person said the serial number did not match the model number & asked me to check it again--not once--but twice. Got nowhere. I filled out the registration material & mailed it * days after purchase. Eleven days later I called to see it they had received it. I had to hold ** minutes before getting someone on the line & then I was told my registration was not on file! I was offered the excuse that they get so much mail from all over the world, etc. I was so mad! But of course, he crooned, if I wanted to provide an email--and send pictures of my serial number, receipt of purchase, etc., everything would be alright. I wasn't buying & asked to speak to a supervisor. Fortunately the supervisor registered it for me immediately, provided a registration ID number & apologized. From time of phone call to end was ** minutes!! No one should have to put up with that kind of incompetence.
