~pissed off: Charter is a joke. Charter don't care about their customers. Charter only care about overcharging people and lying to people to get their services. people is getting tired of Charter and think they ****. Charter is a rip off. Remember charter you are not the only providers. DISH is good and most people prefer them over charter. You can never get an answer from them they just put another dummy on the line.
