GetHuman-199819: Have been making some very serious attempts to force cable users to purchase their cable boxes* they charge for all calls made to them* charge for services not asked by the customers and*or done efficiently. There is always a new charge on the bill (sneaky B*YKI). Extremely inadequate service all the way around. Rating for Charter: a grade below F rating. Is there a real cable company who cares out there?
