GetHuman-sheabob: The over all internet was good but when I went to cancel my internet they wouldn't let me telling me I had to have the security code which was located on bills. I moved and no longer had this mail and their closet office was * hours away I was told the only way to cancel my service was to drive there and show my photo ID. That would be a round trip of * house to cancel my Internet!!! it was not ok! I was not happy and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the lady refused and told me I could not cancel my internet unless I drove all the way to their office. I had to waste a whole day going to cancel my internet and they charged me for a month that I hadn't even used the service since I moved!!! Worst company ever!
