~anonymous: Chase couldn't find a payment to them that I made online. I faxed bank statements * times to them. They called me every day for * weeks saying I was late on my pymt. They finally found it, then informed me that I needed to write my acct * on my checks in the future. I had paid it online!! Will never deal with Chase again.
