~anybody but Chase: I called Chase to let them know I was trading in the vehicle and the dealership was handling the payoff. They received the payoff check and still processed my regular payment. When i called to ask about both payments. they claim no knowledge of the payoff. the call is disconnected. when i call back they find the payoff check but say it is damaged so they are retutning it. the dealership knows nothing about this. Seems fishy to me. Never will i use Chase again. My dealer stated he won't either.
