~GEE OTTO: NEVER use Chase Auto Finance, If you have a choice use a credit union or your own bank. They are the WORST financial institution with respect to vehicles. They are heartless, inhuman and vile. I pay my auto loan on time every month with no problems however if you ever inquire about a refinance or "adjustment" prepare to get the cold silent treatment. They could care less about customers they only care about the dollar.

~GEE OTTO: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
